ITINERARY
Day 1
AIRPORT - LOAJANAN - MAHAKAMRIVER
Upon arrival at Sepinggan airport of Balikpapan meeting service and direct transfer to Loajanan for boarding the house boat for exiting Mahakam river. Meals and overnight on boat.
Day 2
MUARA MUNTAI - MANCONG - TANJUNG ISUY.
After breakfast on boat sttop at Muara Muntai for observing the way of the people life at wooden village then continue the trip by motorized canoe over jempang lake and passing ohong river with beautiful views along the river for reaching Mancong. On arrival welcome ceremony will be performed by Dayak Banuaq tribe in front of thier long house and return to Tanjung isuy for your guest house. Lunch box, dinner and overnight at long house.
Day 3
TANJUNG ISUY - MINTA - MELAK
Breakfast at long house then observing the way of the people life at the village then return to house boat and cruise up for Melak. Stop will be made at Minta village to visit the people making palm sugar afterward up for melak. Meals and overnight on boat.
Day 4
MELAK – TERING – DATAH BILANG - DOWN RIVER
Breakfast on boat then exciting by car to visit the natural black orchids, old long house at eheng village then visiting the ambo asa water fall, afterwards proceeded by house boat to tering village for observing the way of life of the Bahau tribe who still have the long eared lobes and tattoo on their skin. Hudoq dance ( Masker dance will be performed by the Bahau Tribe, then you will be transferred by speed boat/ canoe to cruise to datah Bilang Village. Meals and accommodation at the simple losmen. (BLD)
Day 5
DATAH BILANG - MELAK
After breakfast, sight seeing the way of life of the Kenyah tribe, here we can see the beautiful ornament of the Long House and rice banks, by luck we can see the long eared lobes and tattoo of the Kenyah people. Then return to house boat for down river. Meals and accommodation on boat. (BLD)
Day 6
TENGGARONG - LOAJANAN - BALIKPAPAN
Breakfast on your boat then visiting to the museum and royal cemetery at Tenggarong then down for loajanan and then after having lunch on boat you will be proceeded by car to Balikpapan for your hotel. Dinner at local restaurant,and overnight at hotel.
Day 7
HOTEL – AIRPORT
After breakfast at the Hotel, free program. Until time transfer to the Airport for your next destination flight.
